Property Tectonics (pt) was the first surveying company to be awarded UKAS accreditation for the Inspection & Surveying of Asbestos in Premises. The accreditation was awarded on 16th November 2004. pt has considerable experience in undertaking and managing large scale asbestos surveys and asbestos sampling of a variety of built estates nationwide, from our St Albans and Manchester offices in the UK. As a multi-disciplinary company focusing on existing buildings, we have in-house expertise in comprehensive surveys of buildings and services including asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264. We can draw upon our extensive surveying and inspection strengths based upon stock condition surveys, including knowledge of most forms of construction, archetyping, survey and inspection skills. All directly employed multi-skilled surveyors are deployed for asbestos surveys and asbestos sampling have qualified in the BOHS P402 course "Surveying and Sampling of Asbestos Containing Materials". pt can provide integrated solutions in the area of compliance with CAR2012.
